Office Executive - Calling

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up and coordination.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries.
• Follow up with customers regarding requirements, quotations, orders, and pending matters.
• Maintain customer details and update calling/follow-up records.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for customer-related requirements.
• Assist in preparing Excel sheets, reports, quotations, and other documents.
• Maintain proper office records and documentation.
• Perform general office coordination and administrative activities as assigned.

Skills Required

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work responsibly and complete assigned tasks on time.
