Office Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Executive to manage day-to-day office coordination, work on the different portal, handle customer interactions, and process customer orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders received through the portal.
• Handle order entry, order tracking, dispatch coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customers, payments, and related documentation.
• Handle routine office administration and documentation.
• Follow up on pending payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding orders and customer issues.

Requirements

• Graduate/PG in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and internet applications.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
