Office Executive

We re looking for a Office Executive (Female) to connect with customers, explain our software products (TallyPrime, BizAnalyst GreytHR & others) , and generate leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Data & Operations: Collect data, maintain spreadsheets, organize digital files, update internal records, and prepare operational reports.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct cold calling, email, and social outreach to identify decision-makers, handle inbound inquiries, update the CRM, and book sales calls.
• Social Media & Engagement: Create and publish brand content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp while actively monitoring and responding to incoming inquiries.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
