About the Role

Pet Chemist (Woods Biotech) is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive office executive/computer operator to oversee our daily inventory, accounting operations, and online shop management.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Systems: Maintain clean billing, records, and software management using designated accounting software.
• Inventory Management: Track and maintain records of medicines and pet food, with a strict focus on monitoring expiry & breakage.
• E-Commerce & Online Operations: Manage product listings, update orders, and handle daily operations for the online shop.
• Office & File Management: Keep physical and digital records organized and up to date.
• Staff Supervision & Task Allocation: Lead local office staff, distribute daily tasks, and monitor overall workflow to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in basic computer operations, internet browsing, and accounting software.
• Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, retail billing, or office coordination preferred (experience in pharma/pet care is a plus).
• Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and assign work to subordinates effectively.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Working Days: 26 Days / Month (Sundays Off)
• Working Hours: Flexible 8-hour shift (select your fixed 8-hour window between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM)
• Salary Range:
• Freshers / Mid-level: ₹12,500 – ₹17,500 per month
• Experienced Candidates (5+ Years): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional ₹1,000 monthly bonus for perfect attendance (0 non-Sunday leaves taken in a month).
