Office Filing & Data Entry Executive

• Maintain and organize physical files and records.
• Handle day-to-day filing, documentation, and record keeping.
• Enter and update data in Excel, computer systems, and company records.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, purchase/sales records, and other office documents.
• Arrange and retrieve files whenever required.
• Check documents for basic accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
• Perform other basic office and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidate preferred for this role.
• Candidates with prior experience in filing, documentation, back-office work, or data entry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
