Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Drive customer acquisition and hit designated business sales targets across the territory. You will be responsible for running the office as an independent, high-performing profit centre.

Agency Building & Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and develop the distribution network, specifically mentoring agency leaders, advisors, and relationship managers.

Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, motivate, and manage on-ground sales teams and channel partners to maximize operational efficiency and sales productivity**.**

Office Operations & Governance: Overlook daily administrative workflows, ensure smooth customer servicing, and maintain strong compliance and regulatory standards as mandated by IRDAI and corporate policy

Experience: Proven track record and Individual performer within the Insurance industry (specifically Agency or APC/ IM/ IMF/ PartnerChannel).
