OFFICE HELPER / CLEANER

Job responsibilities:

1. Service, clean and replenish supplies in the restroom based on the prescribed frequency and standards, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
   按照规定的频率和标准清洁洗手间、补充卫生用品，并保持环境整洁卫生。
2. Collect, clear and dispose of rubbish, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in all assigned areas.
   收集、清理及妥善处理垃圾，确保负责区域符合卫生及清洁标准。
3. Clean office floors through sweeping, mopping and vacuuming according to established schedules and standards.
   按照规定频率进行办公室地面的扫地、拖地及吸尘工作。
4. Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of pantry and common areas.
   保持并确保茶水间及公共区域整洁有序。
5. Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, and any major repair or improvement requirements of building facilities to the supervisor.
   发现维修问题、设施损坏、安全隐患或建筑设施需要维修及改善时，及时向主管汇报。
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Management.
   完成直属主管或管理层不时安排的其他相关工作。

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in multiple locations. 能够在多个地点舒适地工作。
• Possess 1 (one) year of similar experience. 至少1年相关清洁工作经验。
