POSITION: OFFICE IN CHARGE/ OIC
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in service operations or retail management.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone repair processes and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in cash handling, inventory systems, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
