HOURS: MON - FRI 08.00 - 17.00HRS

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You will be part of our LOGISTICS Operations Team who are responsible for handling the full customs life cycle of an import or export cargo shipment.

This will involve the following processes and activities : -

 Booking of new jobs on our Freight management system (Azyra)

 Plan and book the transportation for Export & Import shipments

 Manage and track shipments through their International movement

 Have a positive and confident telephone manner to handle calls with customers and suppliers

 Creating Export & Import declarations to HM Customs, Full training will be provided

 Liaising and communicating with importers & exporters to obtain the required information

 Co-operate with overseas agents to assist with their customs formalities

 Working with our accounts dept to collect import taxes & fees from customers

2. You will be someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

3. Good computer skills, office experience and being able to multi task are essential.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
