Office Leader - Washington State

For our client, we are seeking a Office Leader - Washington State to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee a major office operation in Washington State, with responsibility for driving profitability, growth, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will lead business planning, client engagement, and team development while ensuring effective day-to-day management of the office. This position also partners closely with key clients and internal stakeholders to expand market presence and support long-term success.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $378,824 – $631,373 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage office profitability and growth with revenue over $80M
• Ensure achievement of operational and financial goals
• Oversee marketing, contract acquisition, and client management
• Direct office activities including budgeting and cash management
• Lead in developing and implementing business plans
• Serve as client/project manager for key clients
• Build and empower a strong and effective team
• Expand existing client relationships and pursue new opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 12 years related experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• Advanced business development skills
