What they need
IKON Trailers and Equipment is a growing, family-owned semi-trailer dealership seeking a dependable and motivated Office Manager who wants to grow with our company.
For this position, attitude and character matter just as much as experience. We are looking for someone who is positive, honest, punctual, reliable, resourceful, and willing to learn. The right candidate takes ownership of responsibilities, researches solutions, follows through on commitments, and cares about producing accurate, high-quality work.
We would rather hire someone with less experience who has a strong work ethic and a genuine can-do attitude than someone with extensive experience who is unwilling to learn, adapt, or work as part of a team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, solves problems without waiting to be told every step, and wants the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.
