About the Role

The Costa Agency, a Goosehead Insurance franchise and one of the larger agencies in the Goosehead network, is hiring a licensed Office Manager / Client Service Manager for our Denver office. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who wants to own the day-to-day operation of a growing personal lines agency: keeping the office running smoothly, taking great care of our clients, and helping the team grow.

Success in this role looks like an organized, well-run office, clients who get fast and accurate answers, and a service operation that retains and grows our book of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and serve as the point person for the Denver office
• Own client service: policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and claims support
• Review renewals and reshop coverage to retain clients and find better options
• Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities across the existing client base
• Keep agency systems, client records, and carrier documentation accurate and up to date
• Work with carriers and underwriters to resolve service issues
• Keep office and staff licensing requirements up to date, including renewals and continuing education

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty license (required)
• Experience in personal lines client service or agency operations
• Strong organization and follow-through; you finish what you start
• Clear, professional, and warm written and verbal communication
• Comfortable learning agency management systems and carrier portals
• Proactive and team-oriented, with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $55,000 to $65,000, plus commission on new business
