About the role
Tom Price Hotel Motel is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager to join its hotel establishment. The suitable candidate we are seeking must be motivated and experienced.
Key responsibilities
- Administrative & Clerical Management
- Coordination Between Hotel Departments
- Staff Support & Operational Oversight
- Guest‑Related Administrative Support
- Policy, Compliance & Systems Management
- Financial & Reporting Support
About you
- Equivalent of an Australian Diploma in Business, Management, or Hospitality Management, or similar
- At least 12 months of employment experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills, strong ability to follow systems, reliable, punctual work under pressure
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Experience in managing staff
- A positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Ability to resolve conflict and problems in a constructive manner
- Reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, team player & able to keep a cool head under pressure
