This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative functions, supporting internal teams, managing office systems and supplier relationships, and ensuring professional, accurate and timely communication across the business.
The Office Manager occupies a central position within the organisation and is a key point of coordination between the Director, internal staff, customers, and suppliers. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires a self-directed approach to workload management.
Key responsibilities

· Prepare, review and maintain business documentation, correspondence, reports, purchase orders, quotes, filing systems and version-controlled records using Microsoft Office applications.
· Monitor and coordinate incoming communications, internal information flow and customer enquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
· Provide executive support to the Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, briefing materials, agendas, minutes and action registers.
· Coordinate customer orders and supplier relationships, including enquiries, deliveries, invoicing, pricing, account maintenance, issue resolution and stakeholder updates.
· Support human resources administration, including onboarding, employee records, leave tracking, HR correspondence, recruitment administration and workplace health and safety documentation.
· Assist with workplace policies and procedures, undertake research and prepare summary documents to support business decision-making and compliance obligations.
Essential Requirements
· Demonstrated experience in office management or senior administration, with a minimum of three to five years in a comparable role.
· Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, as tools used routinely in the course of duties.
· Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
· Experience in customer-facing roles with a professional and service-oriented manner.
· Experience coordinating with external suppliers or contractors, including management of orders and account relationships.
· Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and take initiative without close direction.
