  • Stay on top of past-due accounts through follow-up calls and emails
  • Support and review accounts payable/receivable and financial tracking
  • Work with the admin team on invoicing oversight, reporting, budgeting and planning

Client Relations

  • Handle complex client communications, concerns and escalations
  • Support key client relationships and keep our service standards professional
  • Help resolve operational challenges across divisions

Field & Crew Support

  • Help coordinate and get crews out in the morning
  • Run materials, parts and equipment to crews and job sites as needed
  • Jump in and support field crews when required
  • Operate company vehicles and trailers safely and within all legal requirements, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections, secure loads, PPE on site and accurate logs

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of office management, operations or HR experience, ideally in a small or growing business
  • Experience with hiring, employee relations and HR documentation
  • Experience with accounts receivable and collections follow-up
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to handle difficult conversations with clients and employees
  • A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean abstract
  • Comfortable towing a trailer and driving company trucks
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs when supporting the field
  • Organized, self-directed and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Assets: landscape or construction industry experience, working knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards and OHS, and payroll or bookkeeping software experience
