CLIENT SUMMARY
Founded in 2004, Founders Advisors is a Birmingham-based investment banking firm serving
middle-market business owners, entrepreneurs, and management teams nationwide. The
firm exists to serve leaders, their companies, and its own team with excellence, integrity, and
care.
Founders specializes in mergers & acquisitions advisory, capital raising, and strategic
consulting and is distinguished by a relational, servant-leadership culture that values
stewardship, humility, service, growth, and excellence. At its core, Founders believes business
can be a calling, not just a career, stewarding clients’ most important decisions while
investing in the growth and well-being of its people.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Office Manager will take ownership of daily office operations, ensuring a professional,
organized, and hospitable environment that allows the Founders Advisors team to perform

Group Coordinator with scheduling and administrative responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things
out independently. This person will bring a strong service mindset and hands-on comfort
with technology, anticipating needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring details do not
fall through the cracks.

greet and assist clients, partners, and guests with hospitality and professionalism;

● Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate room setup, catering, and technology for recurring and
special meetings, including Monday morning meetings, leadership small groups, All
Hands breakfasts, and Lunch & Learns.
● Culture & Events: Plan and coordinate internal events and gatherings that support the
firm’s culture.
● Administrative Support: Provide backup support to the Practice Group Coordinator with
scheduling and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
