Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am -5pm Benefits : Paid time off, All Major Holidays off, Professional development assistance & training.

Probation: 90 Day Probation period

Job Description :

• Answer Phones, provide customer service and maintain a log of all calls.
• Enter Estimates in Xactimate Software
• Job File Documentation/Communication/Completion to upload with SERVPRO Corporate.
• Bill Customers/Insurance for Services
• Manage Accounts Receivable Aging Report
• Oversee daily office operations.

Job Requirements:

• Prior office experience a plus
• Great organizational skills
• Knowledge of typical office computer software
• Strong and Flexible work ethic
