We are Healing Kidneys, a medical practice located in Harris & Montgomery county. We take pride in taking care of our patients with empathy & care. We are looking for a Office Manager to help manage our growth and assist in managing the day-day operations.
Essential qualities for a successful candidate will have:
- At minimum associates degree in business.
- Should have 3 or more years of managing medical practice
- Must be able to set achievable goals and followup on business KPI's.
- Should be able to work independently and achieve goals set by management
- Should improve efficiency in operations
- Should be self accountable, honest and transparent in any financial dealings.
- Should possess good communication skills and be a good team player
- Should know Medical staff credentialing process
