What they need
Carlson Procare Physical Therapy is hiring an Office Manager for our New Milford, CT clinic. We're looking for a go-getter who's organized, upbeat, and loves helping people.
What you'll do:
- Greet patients and make every visit feel welcoming
- Manage scheduling and the front desk
- Verify insurance and handle patient intake
- Work closely with our therapists and team to keep the clinic running smoothly
Who you are:
- Positive, proactive, and reliable
- Great with people and comfortable multitasking
- Experience in a medical or PT office is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
Pay starts at $25/hr, with more for experienced candidates. No experience? No problem. We're happy to train the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
