What they need
Office Manager – Chiropractic Clinic
This isn’t a receptionist job with a bigger title. We’re a growing, multi-location chiropractic group, and each clinic runs like its own small business. As Office Manager, you’re its operator. You run the schedule, the patient experience, and the clinic’s numbers, so our doctors can focus completely on care.
If you love a full schedule, a good scoreboard, and patients who know you by name, keep reading.
Why you’ll love it here
- Real ownership. You run the clinic’s day-to-day, make decisions, and see the impact of your work every week.
- Bonus you control. A quarterly performance bonus tied to results you actually drive.
- Room to grow. As we open new clinics, strong Office Managers move into multi-clinic operations, training, and leadership roles.
- Purpose. Our mission is Generational Health: caring for whole families so health is passed down, not just restored.
- Care for you, too. Free chiropractic care for you and your family.
What you’ll own
- The schedule: Build each doctor’s schedule, keep every day full, and pre-book patients through their full care plan. Every missed visit gets a call and a rebook within 24 hours.
- Patient experience: Make every patient feel known. Prepare each visit so the doctor walks in ready, and notice when someone is drifting from care so you can bring them back.
- Growth: Turn calls and web leads into booked new-patient exams, and run weekly referral and reactivation outreach.
- Care plans and collections: Present care plans and pricing with confidence, collect at time of service, manage payment plans, and close out the day with zero variances.
- Operations and team: Open and close the clinic, lead front-desk staff and chiropractic assistants as we grow, and document the systems you build so our next clinic can copy them.
How success is measured
Weekly, on a simple scoreboard: new patients, patient visits, collections, and how well patients stick to their care plans. Targets are set per clinic and reviewed quarterly together.
What you bring
- 3+ years in a patient- or client-facing front office, including at least 1 year running the schedule or the office
- Experience in a cash-based or membership practice (chiropractic, physical therapy, med spa, cosmetic dental, or similar) strongly preferred
- Comfort presenting pricing and asking for payment
- Results you can show in numbers: a schedule you filled, retention you improved, or revenue you grew
- Comfort with EHR/scheduling software (ChiroTouch, Jane, Genesis, or similar), CRMs like Go High Level, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Bonus: chiropractic experience, or experience opening a new location or working at a startup
You’ll thrive here if you are…
- Detail-driven: you notice the missing signature and the empty 3:15 slot, and you follow through every time.
- Driven: you like a scoreboard, and a slow week makes you act.
- Warm under pressure: a full waiting room and a ringing phone don’t change your tone.
- Direct and kind: you can ask for payment or give a teammate feedback, clearly and respectfully.
- A builder: when there’s no system, you create one.
This may not be the right fit if you prefer a fully built system and a predictable day, or you’re uncomfortable talking about pricing with patients.
