- Assist with payroll administration, timesheets, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Maintain training, qualification, vehicle fleet, and compliance records.
- Reconcile expenses and assist with account-related queries.
- Coordinate uniforms, signage, office supplies, couriers, and general office requirements.
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure data accuracy across company records.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture and support compliance requirements.
- Ensure the office remains professional, well-presented, and running smoothly at all times.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an office management role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.

- High attention to detail with strong proofreading and data reconciliation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Experience using systems such as Lentune, Procore, Finbuild, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
