Ask for a tool and the answer is yes; we buy quality tools. You drive a clean all-electric company vehicle (no gas stops) and use a company iPad, all paperless. Pay is posted openly, with quarterly reviews and a clear path from Start to Proficient to A-Player. We're customer-first, with high standards and quality work.
