Office Manager with HR Experience

Office Manger With HR Experience Full Time: 35-40 hours per week.

Wind Secure is seeking a high functioning, self motivated individual for our growing small-medium sized business specializing in the maintenance and repairs of industrial wind turbines & power generation facilities throughout the United States. Based in our office in Lake Orion, MI. the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Human Resources, be proficient in all Microsoft Suite computer programs including AI and have a long term desire to grow with the company.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Screening & interviewing prospective employees
• Managing & implementing employee safety training
• Tracking employee & vehicle locations on a daily basis
• Employee travel arrangements
• Employee handbook revisions & accountability tracking
• Payroll entry
• Input field data into customer usable spreadsheets, download/organize pictures from cameras
• Internal work completion tracking
• Drafting work completion reports for customers
• Managing social media accounts
• Customer prequalification & safety management programs
• Inventory management & ordering of consumable materials, etc.
• Assist in marketing & graphic design for advertisement

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Compensation: Salary $55k - $65k depending on experience plus yearly bonus

Reports directly to CEO and Director of Operations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
