Want hands-on experience in the fast-paced real estate industry? We’re looking for a proactive Office Operations Intern!

Based at our Katipunan headquarters alongside our Accounting & Finance team, you’ll work directly under the HR and Operations Heads while coordinating remotely with our various branch teams. Get real exposure to cross-branch operations, administrative strategy, and multi-team collaboration—no basic coffee runs here!

What We Need

• College student enrolled in a related course requiring an internship.
• School Endorsement Letter or MOA required.
• Able to report full on-site at our Katipunan, QC office (Mon–Fri).
• Strong organizational, administrative, and remote/in-person communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Direct Operations Support: Work closely with the HR and Operations Heads on priority projects and process improvements.
• Cross-Branch Coordination: Liaise remotely with team members across our branch locations for task tracking, reports, and follow-ups.
• Documentation & Data: Assist in creating SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and maintaining real estate project files.
• Office & Admin Assistance: Support daily HQ administrative workflows and team coordination.
