What they need

About Everest Place

Everest Place is a master-planned, mixed-use development in the Orlando–Kissimmee area, bringing together hospitality, branded resorts, residences, retail, dining, and entertainment. With projects including Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, we offer the opportunity to contribute to a multifaceted real estate and hospitality development.

We are building a team that values initiative, accountability, collaboration, and long-term commitment—and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Office & Operations Manager to lead our office administration, supervise staff, and provide hands-on oversight of bookkeeping, marketing coordination, and daily business operations.

Working directly with senior management, you will help establish the systems, processes, and team accountability needed to support Everest Place as the development progresses. You will keep priorities organized, ensure financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately, and help the team meet its responsibilities and deadlines.

This is a role for someone who can both lead and execute. The ideal candidate takes ownership, anticipates problems, implements practical solutions, and follows through without constant direction. Strong leadership skills and hands-on bookkeeping experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff leadership and management: Supervise administrative and support staff, assign responsibilities, establish priorities, and monitor workloads and deadlines. Support hiring, onboarding, and training; provide constructive performance feedback; and hold team members accountable.
  • Office operations and administration: Oversee daily office activities, scheduling, records, and internal communications. Establish and improve procedures that increase efficiency, clarify responsibilities, and support consistent follow-through across multiple projects and business activities.
  • Bookkeeping and financial administration: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, track accounts payable and receivable, and complete bank and credit card reconciliations. Monitor expenses, prepare routine financial summaries, and coordinate payroll information, budgeting support, and month-end reporting with management and the company’s accountant.
  • Marketing coordination: Coordinate social media and website updates, email campaigns, promotional materials, and other marketing activities. Work with internal staff and external providers to keep initiatives on schedule. Help maintain accurate contact records in the company’s customer relationship management system and ensure business inquiries receive timely follow-up.
  • Vendor and budget management: Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, obtain and compare proposals, review invoices and service agreements, and coordinate office maintenance and technical support. Monitor administrative spending and negotiate pricing and terms within management-approved limits.
  • Management support and project follow-through: Coordinate meetings and company events, prepare reports, track decisions and outstanding action items, and provide senior management with clear updates on progress and issues requiring attention. Handle confidential business, financial, and employee information with discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, business administration, or operations, including direct responsibility for supervising staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to set expectations, delegate effectively, address performance issues professionally, and maintain accountability.
  • Practical bookkeeping experience, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Experience coordinating marketing activities or working with marketing teams, agencies, or outside service providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and demonstrated leadership ability will also be strongly considered.

Experience in real estate development, construction, property management, hospitality, or a business managing multiple projects or entities is an advantage. Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, email marketing platforms, and project-management tools is also beneficial.

Opportunity to Grow

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with Everest Place—not simply fill a position.

As the company and its projects develop, this role offers the potential to take on broader responsibilities, oversee a larger team, and progress into a more senior administrative or operations leadership position. Advancement will be based on demonstrated performance, leadership ability, and business needs.

You will work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to real estate development and hospitality-related business activities, and have the opportunity to shape how our office systems, team processes, and administrative functions are established and improved.
