Office/Project Manager – Plumbing Construction

Repipes Only is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Office/Project Manager to oversee daily office operations and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have previous construction or remodeling experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise plumbing projects from start to completion
• Communicate with customers, crews, and management
• Monitor job progress and help resolve issues
• Prepare estimates and price jobs accurately
• Manage materials and company inventory
• Collect payments from customers
• Coordinate job schedules and daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle unexpected challenges and find effective solutions
• Ensure projects are completed properly and on schedule

Requirements:

• Construction or remodeling experience is required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proactive—able to recognize what needs to be done without constant direction
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual
• Able to supervise multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• Comfortable preparing estimates, pricing jobs, and collecting customer payments

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
