You don't have to come from insurance. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, entrepreneurship, retail, or other people-focused industries. Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new customers through community and local business outreach.
• Connect with potential customers and uncover their insurance needs.
• Educate customers on coverage options and insurance benefits.
• Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with prospects and turn opportunities into business.
• Provide excellent service by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or prospecting experience preferred.
• A "hunter" mentality and desire to win new business.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive, confident, and professional personality.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Organized with good time-management skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
• Coachable and willing to continuously improve. Enjoys working in a team environment.

Not licensed yet? No problem. You must be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses upon hire.
