Office Sales Associate

About the Role:
EntrePouch, a growing packaging company, is hiring a Office Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for customers looking for the right packaging solutions. You’ll answer inquiries, recommend suitable products, and guide customers from first question to completed order.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and walk-in.
• Match customer needs to the right packaging options and specifications.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of our product line.
• Guide customers through sales transactions from inquiry to order.
• Keep customer details and sales records accurate and organized.
• Support the team with day-to-day office tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Team player who learns quickly and works well independently.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome. Training provided.
