About the role

Trenton Marketing Corporation is seeking an experienced Office Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving our sales operations and supporting our commercial objectives. As Office Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales administration functions, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales team and clients. This role is essential to our success, serving as a bridge between operational excellence and revenue generation.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and coordinating sales administration activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of sales-related documentation

• Supporting the sales team with client communication, order processing, and follow-up activities to maintain strong client relationships

• Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective and existing clients

• Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients

• Monitoring sales pipelines and reporting on sales progress to management

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Contributing to the development and consolidation of new products for development in coorperation with the sales team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales administration or client-facing administrative roles within a sales environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges

• Preferably, previous experience in a marketing or corporate environment would be advantageous
