What they need
Preparation of material requests
Verification of goods, inventory and documents
Document production activities and schedules
Verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
Monitor facilities and equipment
Prepare reports and liquidation
Encode receipts/inventory logs to the system
Perform other related coordination tasks
Other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- College graduate of Accounting/Business/Office Administration/Engineering
- Experience in admin/operations/production/inventory
- Professional work ethic and standards
- Able to multitask effectively
- Computer-literate (Google office/Microsoft office)
- Background in Electronics and metal works is a PLUS
- Resourceful and good communication skills
- Flexible and can work independently
- Residing within/near Valenzuela City
