WE'RE HIRING: Office Staff (Sales Support)

Location: Malaya St. corner Banawe St., Quezon City

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

We’re expanding our Office Staff Sales Team and looking for someone reliable, friendly, and eager to learn. No extensive experience required just clear communication, organization skills, and the willingness to grow with us as we scale our sales operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phone calls professionally and direct them correctly

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales reports

• Assist customers in a clear, polite manner (English/Filipino)

• Keep client records and documents organized and up-to-date

Who We’re Looking For:

• College graduate (any course is fine)

• Comfortable using desktop computers and office software (e.g., spreadsheets)

• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks calmly
