Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Staff to support our day-to-day business operations in the supermarket industry. The ideal candidate will assist multiple departments including Purchasing, Merchandising, Receiving, Selling Area Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Accounting, ensuring smooth and efficient office and store support functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is willing to learn and contribute across various operational areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or any related course
• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an advantage but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn
• Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
