Training will be provided for Fresh Candidates for executing the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify warranty eligibility of vehicles as per OEM guidelines.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer within the stipulated time.
• Maintain proper documentation of warranty claims, job cards, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for required claim details.
• Follow up with OEM for claim approval and payment settlement.
• Track rejected claims and take corrective action for resubmission.
• Maintain warranty claim reports and MIS records.
• Ensure adherence to company and manufacturer warranty policies.
• Assist in warranty audits and inspections.
• Monitor warranty parts return process as per OEM requirements.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
