OFFICE STAFF WITH DATA ENTRY - INVOICING

• In-charge of creating Invoices and Job Orders for customer transactions and

entering said transactions into the computer system.

• Coordinate with Sales Team, Service Team and Dispatching on all transactions.

• Counter checking all transactions processed by Sales and Service Teams.

• Check and record all documents and client information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience with Data Entry and Sales is a plus.

• Graduate of any 4 Year Course/College Level, preferably management and

business related courses.

• Proficient in principles, methods, and procedures of invoicing, purchasing and

inventory control.

• Must have numerical competence together with a good working knowledge of

basic inventory systems.

• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents,

dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.

• Should be able to work well together with all Departments.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
