Office Support / Administrator

About the Role

Paradise Portable Homes is seeking an experienced Office Support / Administrator professional to join our team in Gatton / Plainland, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Modular home division, ensuring seamless operations and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer inquiries and liaise with clients throughout the custom modular home purchasing process.
• Coordinate the administrative tasks related to the delivery and installation of custom modular homes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all orders and transactions
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, data entry, and filing
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the residential construction or home sales industry but not essential
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of residential home construction and sales processes is highly desirable
• Coordinate external stakeholders
