Office Support (HR)

Our client is a leading premium stone solutions provider in Singapore, specializing in natural stone, engineered quartz, porcelain surfaces, fabrication, and installation services. With a strong portfolio of prestigious commercial, hospitality, and residential projects, they are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our team and support our growing workforce.

Job Description:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and manage company asset handovers.
• Submit government claims and grants, including NS, maternity, childcare, and training claims.
• Manage foreign workers’ work pass applications, renewals, medical check-ups, and dormitory arrangements.
• Process bi-monthly payroll for 30–50 employees, including attendance, leave records, salary calculations, and loan deductions.
• Coordinate employee training and certification renewals, including CoreTrade, Multi-Skill, and forklift refresher courses.
• Coordinate insurance renewals for employees and company vehicles, including road tax and vehicle inspections.
• Arrange statutory inspections and maintenance for factory equipment, including cranes, air receivers, and fire extinguishers.
• Perform general HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in HR/Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
