Job Description And Duties The permanent / full time Office Technician (Typing) - Fi$Cal will be directed by the Accounting Administrator II in the Accounting Department at the Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

• Independently provides a variety of the most difficult clerical support duties for the Accounting Department by receiving, screening, and routing telephone calls from internal and external customers
• Maintain mailout, incoming check, and cash log
• Audits and enters Employee Meal Ticket data
• Assists with payroll processing as needed
• Processes Office Revolving Fund (ORF) checks for distribution
• Assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Serves as the department Safety Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and Technology Services Division Account Manager
