Office/Purchasing Assistant

Services For Plastics, Inc. is looking for an individual to join our Office team. This can be an entry level position that does not require previous experience. However, it can also lead to management potential with the right candidate.

This position is available for Full-Time applicants. Our normal hours of operation are: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday. We do not work evenings, weekends, or major holidays.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

Highly detail oriented, attention to small details and be extremely organized
Excellent typing skills (WPM ARE NOT as important as accuracy)
Communicate with all departments and be a team player
Able to read, understand and follow our existing procedures
Able to work independently, and also be a productive part of our team
Communicate well on the phone and in email correspondence with our vendors
Must be able to sit at a desk and enter data on a computer for 1 hour periods of time
Must be able to climb stairs up to 2 times daily
