OFFICER - ACCOUNTING

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Accounting or a related position will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Able to record and review financial transactions, perform reconciliations, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting documents.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Description:

• Record and maintain financial transactions and accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting principles and procedures.
• Prepare and review journal entries and ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
• Perform account reconciliations, including cash, bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Prepare supporting data and documents required for financial reporting, audits, and other accounting processes.
• Monitor and maintain accounting documentation and filing, ensuring all accounting records and administrative processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
