Officer - Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a full set of accounts and daily accounting tasks, focusing on accounts payable.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to facilitate account receivable settlements.
• Prepare monthly variance reports for profit and loss, as well as balance sheet items.
• Assist in budget preparation and conduct monthly financial analyses and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B/ trading industry.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of the SUN accounting system is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
