Officer / Assistant Officer - Training

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, delivery and enhancement of learning programs and projects
• Work closely with Business Unit to identify training needs and design effective programs that align with their goals
• Support Manager in liaising with internal and external parties on training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness, consolidate insights, and follow up with improvement actions
• Provide administrative and logistical support for training activities, including enrollment, materials preparation, venue set-up, and evaluation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
• Min 2 years’ solid experience in learning and development. Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and good team player with positive mindset
• Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, experience in using software of video production is an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer
