OFFICER - CASUAL LEASING

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in a theme park, recreational industry, or banking sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proven expertise in securing sponsorships and managing casual leasing.
• Target-oriented, capable of achieving both team goals and personal targets, with strong business development & relationship-building skills.
• Experienced in handling B2B and B2C clients, building strategic partnerships, and executing sales programs.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support reporting, data analysis, and presentations.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies & programs to achieve overall revenue goals and personal targets.
• Lead B2B and B2C sales, sponsorship, casual leasing, and partnership initiatives with schools, companies, communities, and external organizations.
• Manage key accounts and business partnerships, leveraging professional experience and networks.
• Identify new business opportunities through strategic canvassing and market development.
• Coordinate, plan, and oversee sales programs, events, and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, analyze market opportunities, and prepare comprehensive reports.
