What is the roles objective

Handling Front office and all client service activities at Chennai Branch:

• Attending to investor s /distributor s, accepting time stamping of transactions post necessary scrutiny.
• Handling Queries/complaints received from Investors distributors -through calls, walk ins or emails.
• Ensuring timely banking of cheques and reporting of large value transactions.
• He/ She should coordinate with CAMS registrars, Back office, sales, team any other department for effective customer delivery.
• He/She should have good presentation skills to do presentations to a larger audience.
• Maintain MIS and other month end reports accurately.
• Ensure ethical customer service practices as per the laid guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.

What skills do you need to possess

• Good communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry AMFI certified.
• Zeal to serve the customers with best of the abilities.
• Good at multi-tasking able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well within and across teams.

What is the prior experience expected

1-5 years. Preferably from Mutual Fund Background.

What qualification you should have

Graduate, Postgraduate, MBA or equivalent.
