OFFICER COMMERCIAL PROJECT

1. Provide information based on customer requirements, particularly for overweight, oversize, and heavy equipment shipments
2. Analyze customer and cargo requirements, prepare quotations and ensure order creation in the system
3. Support revenue achievement and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers.
4. Monitor, track, and expedite customer cargo throughout the delivery process and proactively provide project updates
5. Coordinate customer requirements with Operation, Finance, and related departments
6. Monitor cargo readiness, documentation, schedules, and other supporting requirements
7. Handle and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints and claims with relevant departments
8. Prepare complete supporting documents for invoicing and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
9. Monitor customer aging, disputes, and prepare regular reports on customer performance, revenue, and project progress

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Experienced in similar position minimum 1 years in coal mining & logistic sectors
3. Strong interpersonal & leadership skill.
4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
5. Excellent in communication, analysis, teamwork and interpersonal skill
6. Excellent in Excel
