Officer, Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of corporate and community events with a view to promoting the Company’s corporate image
• Responsible for content development of PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, press releases, website, etc
• Facilitate media events and interviews as well as build media relationships
• Execute communications programs and events including awards strategy and CSR events to enhance brand awareness
• Support the implementation of marketing communications activities such as advertisement placement, promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with service providers including production houses, premium suppliers, media, and agencies
• Assist in handling communications from the media
• Perform other duties as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Communications, Translation or Public Relations or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Mature, confident and eloquent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-minded with good organizational skills
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours for events when required
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
