Job description:

Job Highlights:

• Assist in preparing feasibility studies and market research for lands acquisition in Hong Kong.
• Support business development related projects and analysis when necessary.
• Opportunities to work in collaboration with the team and other departments, including Project, Legal, Marketing, etc. in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research and analysis on property supply, transactions, and government policy on town planning and lands matters.
• Explore and evaluate opportunity for acquisition of site and investment, including conducting site visit, market research and feasibility study.
• Support the establishment of database to collect and analyze market data, transactions in efficient and systematic way.
• Assist in handling town planning application and land administration matters.
• Conduct valuation on property and development land.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Real Estates.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in property development, land / property acquisitions or property research. Exposure to government sectors or property developers is preferred.
• Possesses strong numerical sensitivity and an analytical mindset.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; Willing to learn proactively with positive working attitude.
• Well organized, detail-minded and good problem-solving skills; Able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
