What You'll Do

1. Learn and understand our business operations firsthand
2. Work on projects across different departments
3. Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements
4. Identify challenges and propose practical solutions
5. Present ideas, insights, and recommendations to management
6. Develop leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Maximum 25 years old
• Minimum GPA of 3.50
• TOEFL score of at least 500 or equivalent
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to adapt in a dynamic environment
