We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Executive – Embroidery to manage embroidery operations for both knit and woven garments from sample development to bulk production, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise embroidery work from sample to bulk production as per buyer requirements.
• Ensure daily production targets and on-time delivery to the next process.
• Coordinate sample approvals and execute necessary corrections.
• Monitor embroidery layouts, machine performance, and technical issues.
• Prepare daily and monthly production and cost reports.
• Control wastage and optimize thread, manpower, and consumable usage.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and buyer compliance standards on the floor.
• Guide and monitor operators to ensure quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-4 years
• Education:
• Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, machine embroidery, embroidery machine operation, embroidery digitizing, knit garment production, embroidery, knit garment manufacturing, garment production, garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge
