OFFICER - EVENT & VISUAL ART

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of event planning, event execution, visual concepts, and event production.
• Basic ability to develop visual concepts and use design applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, creative, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Job Description:

• Develop event concepts and coordinate the execution of events and promotional activities.
• Develop visual concepts to support event, campaign, and promotional activity requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and relevant parties regarding event execution and visual requirements.
• Ensure visual materials, decorations, signage, and promotional materials are aligned with the established concepts and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate event execution and visual requirements to ensure they meet the expected standards.
