Job Summary: BOPP  Officer

The ideal candidate for the position of BOPP Officer will be responsible for efficiently operating online/offline machines, collaborating with team members on the shop floor, and ensuring the maintenance of high product quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP for streamlined workflow management and the ability to monitor all production activities during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Proficiently operate online / offline machines, demonstrating expertise in handling equipment and contributing to the overall efficiency of production processes.
Quality Maintenance: Take ownership of maintaining product quality by adhering to specified standards and conducting regular quality checks throughout the production cycle.
SAP Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of SAP to effectively manage production-related data, streamline processes, and ensure accurate documentation.Shift Monitoring: Monitor and oversee all production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.5S & TQM: Apply knowledge of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to enhance workplace organization and product quality.Raw Material & Finish Goods Management: Effectively manage raw materials and finished goods during shifts, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in operating BOPP machines and working on the shop floor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality.
Proficiency in SAP and other relevant production management tools.Familiarity with 5S and TQM principles.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Diploma/ Graduation
